The platform provides modern storefront tools, inventory and order management, analytics, and secure checkout integrations. Clear pricing, transparent billing, and cancel‑anytime subscriptions.

Scroma provides subscription access to e‑commerce software and related services (“Services”). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms.
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method. You can cancel any time from your account or by emailing info@scroma.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All credit card, debit card, and bank transfer payments are processed exclusively through Scroma LLC, a registered company in the State of Florida, USA (Entity ID: L22000352368), via our payment partners Stripe and Relay Financial. These transactions are subject to the respective terms and compliance requirements of these payment providers.
All cryptocurrency payments are processed exclusively through Scroma.com, registered with the Chamber of Commerce Curaçao under number 155845, via our crypto payment partner CoinPayments. Cryptocurrency payments are governed by the laws and regulations of Curaçao and are not processed, handled, or settled by Scroma LLC, Stripe, or Relay Financial.
We don’t generally offer refunds once access has been used. If you believe you were charged in error, contact info@scroma.com within 14 days and we’ll review your request in good faith and as required by applicable law.
Services are provided “as is” and may change over time. We may update these Terms; material updates will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scroma is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid by you to Scroma in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Courts in Florida shall have jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
