Why is a Partner Deal so inexpensive?
Partner Deals are inexpensive because Scroma buys directly in China, bypasses as many middlemen as possible and combines orders efficiently. With the lowest-cost sea freight option, you should allow about 3 months for delivery.
Who is a Partner Deal for?
Partner Deals are for people who want to buy at low prices. You can buy products for yourself or resell them later through the Scroma Marketplace or elsewhere.
Can I buy just 1 product?
Yes. You can also order just 1 product in a Partner Deal. If you buy multiple units, the price per unit can be significantly lower.
Are there extra costs on top of the displayed Partner Deal price?
The displayed Partner Deal price includes sea freight. If you want your product faster, you can choose air freight on deals where it is available. The additional air freight cost is shown separately. Local delivery in Curaçao is separate from international freight. Pickup is free.
Why does the price get lower when I buy more?
Larger quantities can be purchased and transported more efficiently. That is why a Partner Deal can have different prices for different quantities.
How long does sea freight take?
Sea freight usually takes about 90 days. The expected delivery time is shown for each Partner Deal.
Can I choose air freight?
Yes, on Partner Deals where air freight is available. The expected delivery time is usually about 7 days and the additional air freight cost is shown separately.
When is my order placed in China?
Your order is processed in China immediately. If the Partner Deal uses a batch, the supplier order is placed once the batch is completed.
What happens if a batch is not completed?
If a batch is not completed in time, the Partner Deal conditions give you the choice to receive your money back or move to a new deal. If you do not make a choice within the stated period, the amount becomes Partner Up credit.
Can I resell my products through Scroma?
Yes. Once your products have arrived and have been released to you, you can resell them through the Scroma Marketplace or elsewhere.
Can I have my order delivered?
Yes. In Curaçao you can choose local delivery. The delivery cost is shown separately. Pickup is free.
What if I cannot pick up my product immediately?
After arrival, your product is stored free of charge for 7 days. Storage fees apply after that.
