What is Partner Up?
Members join the same product deal. Their demand is combined into one larger order so Scroma can source at wholesale scale.
How do I join a deal?
Choose an active deal, select the quantity you want and pay 100% upfront. Your units count toward that deal's batch target.
When is the supplier order placed?
The supplier order is placed when the batch is ready to close. Scroma may also close a batch early where the Partner Up rules allow it. Once the supplier order is placed, participation is final.
What if the target is not reached?
If a deal expires without being completed, the Partner Up choice flow applies: choose an eligible refund or transfer option. If no choice is made within the allowed period, the amount becomes Partner Up credit.
Pickup, delivery & storage
Each deal shows its fulfillment conditions. For Curaçao V1, pickup is free, delivery is XCG 45 and the first 7 days of storage are free.
