By creating an account or using Scroma (“Services”), you agree to these Terms.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method. You can cancel any time from your account or by emailing info@scroma.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Payment Processing

Fiat payments: processed via Scroma LLC (Florida, USA, Entity ID: L22000352368) through partners such as Stripe and Relay Financial.

Cryptocurrency payments: processed via Scroma.com (Curaçao, Chamber of Commerce 155845) through CoinPayments. Crypto payments are governed by the laws of Curaçao and are not processed, handled, or settled by Scroma LLC, Stripe, or Relay Financial.

4. Refunds

We don’t generally offer refunds once access has been used. If you believe you were charged in error, contact info@scroma.com within 14 days and we’ll review your request in good faith and as required by law.

Services are provided “as is” and may change over time. We may update these Terms; material updates will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scroma is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed the fees paid by you to Scroma in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Courts in Florida shall have jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
