Version 2026-01-06-v1.2 •
Last updated:
Binding participation terms governing eligibility, entries, multipliers, missions, prize availability, thresholds, enforcement, travel scope, ticket acquisition, resale mechanics, and document hierarchy for the Scroma Road to World Cup 2026 promotional campaign.
1. Campaign Nature (Promotional, Chance-Based)
The Scroma Road to World Cup 2026 campaign ("WC2026 Campaign") is a promotional, chance-based campaign. Entries represent chances to win prizes only and do not guarantee any prize, benefit, outcome, or return. Participation is not an investment, financial product, or income opportunity. No purchase or participation package creates any expectation of profit or guaranteed reward.
2. Eligibility
Participation is open only to registered Scroma users aged 18 or older, subject to local laws and restrictions. The campaign is void where prohibited by law. Scroma may restrict or exclude participation by country due to sanctions, travel restrictions, legal requirements, or operational feasibility. Employees of Scroma and their immediate family members are excluded from winning prizes.
3. VIP Participation Cap
The campaign allows a maximum of 10,000 VIP participants purchasing the USD 50 participation package. Once this cap is reached, no further VIP participations will be accepted. Scroma may close VIP access immediately when the limit is reached.
4. Global Entry Pool (Leading Cap)
The campaign operates with a fixed global maximum of 10,000,000 total entries (the "Global Entry Pool"). This Global Entry Pool is the leading limitation of the campaign. Once the Global Entry Pool is exhausted, no further entries—free or paid—will be allocated, regardless of individual limits, actions, missions, or purchases.
4A. Global Free Entry Cap
In addition to the Global Entry Pool, the campaign applies a maximum global cap of 1,000,000 free entries across all participants (the "Global Free Entry Cap"). Once the Global Free Entry Cap is reached, no further free entries will be allocated, regardless of individual limits or remaining Global Entry Pool capacity.
5. Entry Mechanics (General)
Entries may be obtained through free campaign actions or optional paid participation packages, as described on the official campaign page. Entries represent chances to win only, have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. Participation or purchase does not create any entitlement to a prize or to any specific number of entries.
5A. Free Entry Limitations
Free entries obtained through campaign actions are limited to a maximum of 1,000 free entries per participant for the duration of the WC2026 Campaign. This is a maximum threshold only and does not guarantee that a participant will be able to reach this number if the Global Entry Pool or Global Free Entry Cap is exhausted earlier.
5B. Entry Allocation Priority
Paid participation packages may be given allocation priority over free entries while the Global Entry Pool remains available. Free entry allocation may be limited, reduced, throttled, or stopped earlier if required to preserve campaign integrity, fairness, abuse prevention, and operational feasibility.
5C. First Come, First Served Allocation
Entries are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until the Global Entry Pool is fully allocated. Once the Global Entry Pool is exhausted, no additional entries will be granted for any mission, action, or purchase.
5D. No Entitlement to Maximum Caps
Individual entry limits represent maximum thresholds only and do not constitute a guarantee or entitlement. Participants may reach lower numbers due to Global Entry Pool exhaustion, Global Free Entry Cap exhaustion, technical limitations, anti-abuse controls, verification requirements, or campaign modifications. No refunds or compensation are provided if individual caps cannot be reached.
5E. Dynamic Entry Management
Scroma reserves the right to adjust entry allocation rates, mission availability, mission values, free entry limits, allocation priorities, throttling rules, or enforcement controls during the campaign to maintain fairness, prevent abuse, comply with law, or ensure operational feasibility. Such adjustments will be communicated via the official campaign page where reasonably possible.
5F. Entry Multiplier System (FREE, USD 25, USD 50 VIP)
Entry allocation is based on a multiplier system determined by the participant’s participation package. FREE participants receive base mission values (multiplier ×1). The USD 25 participation package applies a multiplier ×5 to all entries. The USD 50 VIP participation package applies a multiplier ×10 to all entries. Multipliers apply retroactively to previously earned entries when a participant upgrades their package. Upgrades from FREE to USD 25 multiply all entries by 5, from FREE to USD 50 by 10, and from USD 25 to USD 50 by 2. No entries are lost during upgrades. All multipliers remain subject to the Global Entry Pool and Global Free Entry Cap.
5G. Mission-Based Entry Acquisition
Entries may be earned by completing campaign missions published on the official campaign page, which may include referrals, daily logins, social media tasks, asking Chatty campaign questions, or other activities. Each mission has a base entry value that is multiplied by the participant’s current multiplier. Missions may be completed multiple times; however, repeated completion does not guarantee additional entries once caps or pool limits are reached. Scroma may add, modify, suspend, or remove missions at any time under these Participation Terms.
6. Prize Pools and Quantities (Summary)
The WC2026 Campaign prize pools are intended to include: (i) up to 1,000 WC2026 themed t-shirt prizes; (ii) up to 3 travel prize packages; and (iii) up to 500 coin prizes of 1,000 Scroma Coins (SCR) per winner. All prize quantities, descriptions, and mechanics are subject to these Participation Terms and may be adjusted prior to or during the campaign where legally permitted.
6A. Prize Thresholds – Travel Packages (Conditional Release)
Travel prizes are released conditionally based on the number of confirmed VIP (USD 50) participations. One travel prize becomes available when at least 500 VIP participations are confirmed, a second travel prize at 1,000 VIP participations, and a third travel prize at 1,500 VIP participations. If thresholds are not met, the corresponding travel prize(s) are not released.
6B. Prize Allocation and Unassigned Entries
Prizes are awarded only to valid, assigned entries linked to eligible participants. If a winning draw position corresponds to an unassigned, invalid, unverifiable, fraudulent, or disqualified entry, the prize is forfeited and will not be reassigned, rerolled, replaced, or substituted unless required by applicable law.
6C. Draw Process and Finality
Winners are selected through random draws weighted by entry count. Scroma may record or log draw outcomes for transparency and audit. All draw results and Scroma decisions related to the campaign are final to the maximum extent permitted by law and are not subject to appeal or dispute.
7. Smart Affiliate Rotation (S.A.R.) Promotional Access
Some campaign packages may include promotional access benefits related to Scroma’s Smart Affiliate Rotation (S.A.R.) system. S.A.R. access is a promotional platform benefit separate from WC2026 prize draws. S.A.R. participation does not guarantee earnings or returns and is subject to separate S.A.R. terms, policies, eligibility checks, and ongoing platform rules.
7A. S.A.R. Access Duration Tiers (As Published)
Participants who purchase the USD 50 VIP participation package may receive promotional S.A.R. access duration based on their position in the WC2026 Campaign at the time of purchase, as published in campaign materials: positions 1–10,000 = lifetime access; 10,001–25,000 = 3 years; 25,001–50,000 = 2 years; 50,001+ = 1 year. These tiers are promotional and remain subject to verification, anti-abuse enforcement, and separate S.A.R. terms and platform policies.
8. Travel Prizes – Tickets, Transfer, and Resale
Where applicable and permitted by official organizers, Scroma may obtain match tickets through official FIFA ticketing phases or the FIFA Ticket Marketplace (resale). Ticket acquisition is subject to availability and organizer rules at the time of purchase. Scroma does not guarantee ticket availability, successful resale acquisition, or access to any specific match. Tickets are subject to organizer identity checks, entry conditions, and venue policies. Scroma is not responsible for ticket cancellations, resale unavailability, policy changes, or entry refusal by event organizers.
8A. Travel Prize Scope – Host City of Choice
Each travel prize covers a two-week trip to one (1) official FIFA World Cup 2026 host city of the winner’s choice, selected from available options at the time of confirmation. The travel prize includes transportation and accommodation only for the selected host city.
8B. Match Preferences and Availability (Best-Effort Only)
Winners may submit preferred group stage matches, teams, dates, or timeframes within or outside the selected host city. All match selections are treated strictly as non-binding preferences. Scroma will make reasonable, best-effort attempts to obtain official match tickets via authorized FIFA channels, including the FIFA Ticket Marketplace (resale), subject to availability. No specific match, team, date, ticket category, or seating location is guaranteed.
8C. Additional Host Cities and Costs
If a winner chooses to attend matches in host cities other than the selected host city covered by the travel prize, any additional transportation, accommodation, or related costs are solely the responsibility of the winner.
8D. Ticket Unavailability and Alternative Outcomes
If suitable match tickets cannot be obtained for a winner’s preferred matches after reasonable efforts, Scroma may, at its discretion: (i) offer alternative group stage matches; (ii) adjust match dates or locations; or (iii) apply the predefined cash alternative where applicable. The inability to obtain specific tickets does not constitute a breach of these Participation Terms.
9. Cash Alternative for Travel Prizes
Winners of a travel prize may choose a cash alternative in place of the travel package. The cash alternative is a fixed amount of USD 10,000 and represents an alternative to the travel prize, not an additional benefit. The cash alternative is non-transferable, may require verification, and may be withheld or revoked in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or non-compliance.
10. Winner Verification, Claim Period, and Delivery
All winners must complete identity verification and prize acceptance within the time period specified by Scroma. Failure to complete verification or accept a prize within the stated period results in forfeiture without replacement. Scroma may require reasonable verification to prevent fraud, multi-accounting, or manipulation. Delivery timelines, shipping, and logistical details may vary.
11. Taxes, Fees, and Responsibilities
Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, fees, visa requirements, travel documents, insurance, or other obligations associated with receiving or using a prize or cash alternative. Scroma does not provide tax advice.
12. Fraud, Abuse, and Disqualification
Scroma reserves the right to disqualify participants and void entries in cases of fraud, abuse, manipulation, multi-accounting, identity misrepresentation, chargeback abuse, or violation of these Participation Terms or the Scroma Terms of Service.
12A. Abuse, Automation, and Enforcement
Any form of abuse, manipulation, automation, scripting, bot usage, artificial traffic generation, multi-accounting, identity misrepresentation, or circumvention of campaign limits is strictly prohibited. Scroma reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify participants, void entries, forfeit prizes, deny cash alternatives, and permanently suspend or terminate Scroma accounts involved in such activities. Disqualification or account termination may occur without prior notice and without any right to refund, compensation, or further claim.
12B. Platform Account Termination
Severe or repeated violations of these Participation Terms or the Scroma Terms of Service may result in permanent termination of the participant’s Scroma account. Account termination results in loss of access to Scroma services, campaigns, benefits, and balances to the maximum extent permitted by law, without any entitlement to refund or compensation.
13. Modification, Suspension, or Termination
Scroma reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign if required by legal, technical, security, or operational circumstances. Such actions do not create any obligation to compensate participants beyond what is legally required.
14. No Refund Policy
Participation packages are non-refundable once activated, except where refunds are required by applicable law. Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in immediate disqualification and account enforcement actions.
15. FAQ and Explanations Are Not Binding
FAQs, summaries, examples, promotional posts, and Chatty responses are provided for convenience and may simplify concepts. They do not create legal rights and do not override these Participation Terms.
16. Hierarchy of Documents
These Participation Terms constitute the highest authority for the WC2026 Campaign and prevail over all summaries, FAQs, marketing materials, Chatty responses, and other explanatory content. If there is any conflict, these Participation Terms control.
